SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

ASCM (Academy of Supply Chain Management) is a leading organization built on the strategic pillars of Manufacturing, Education, and Business Transformation Solutions.

We are urgently seeking two technically qualified, energetic Senior HR Executives to support our transformational project work, drive HR initiatives (from Recruitment to Exit Interviews), and manage routine HR administration. This is a prime opportunity to grow alongside a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: A Degree or Higher Diploma in HR Management (or a related field) from a recognized institute.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR or Administration.
• Communication: An excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
• Technical Skills: Sound IT literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva etc…).
• Adaptability: Ability to perform effectively in a diverse and fast-paced working environment.
• Mindset: A passion for excellence and a proactive attitude.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: LKR 110,000/-
• Transport Allowance: LKR 30,000/-
• Statutory Benefits: EPF/ETF and all other statutory entitlements included.
