Planning Executive

Contrinex Ceylon is a BOI approved company located in Wattala and a subsidiary of Contrinex Group, Switzerland. We manufacture sensors as a production hub, upholding strict Swiss quality standards to serve the global market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize a raw materials replenishment plan to ensure timely supply for production, coordinating closely with the Logistics/Global Purchasing Team.
• Monitor supply signals and MRP requisitions for auxiliary materials, ensuring accurate delivery dates, lead times, and quantities.
• Create purchase orders and ensure supplier/Interco Hub fulfillment.
• Manage production priorities to optimize capacity and improve on-time delivery to customers.
• Oversee material deliveries, analyzing them one week before loading to ensure readiness.
• Identify and address practical issues related to material supply and demand.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Management, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or Statistics.
• 3–5 years of experience in production or material planning.
• Proficient in SAP (PP/MM modules) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Procurement.
• Experience with Inbound Material and Inventory Management, or Operational Procurement.
• Ability to work under pressure.
