We’re recruiting for IT BUSINESS ANALYST

This position Molds immense significance led by our HR team. As a business partner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both local and international ventures in fostering collaboration and success within the Acorn Group. You role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at creating a thriving and cohesive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering :

Collaborate with SBUs to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for IT solutions under the advice of the head of IT.

• Process Analysis :

Analyze exiting business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains through technology.

• Solution Design :

Work with the Head of IT and technical items to design IT solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

• SBUs Communication :

Act as a liaison between SBUs and technical teams facilitating clear communication and understanding between both parties

• Documentation:

Create Comprehensiveness diagrams including lousiness requirement, functional specification, user stories, and process flows to guide the development and implementation IT solutians

• Testing and Quality Assurance :

Develop test plans conduct testing, and ensure the quality IT solutions by validating that they meet business requirements and functional specifications.

• Change Management :

Assist in managing organizational change by providing support and training to users during the implementation of new IT systems or processes.

• Data Analysis :

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

• Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with IT projects and propose mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.

• Continuous Improvement :

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT and business analysis, and apply them to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
