FASHION DESIGNER

We, R & J Apparels (Pvt.) Ltd, are one of the pioneers in designing and manufacturing high quality ladies’ clothes under “KYRA” brand. We are looking for Talented Individuals to join our team based in our Head Office Angulana

The candidate profile
➢ Analyzing the market and monitoring current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences and competitor activities

➢ Research, develop and create new designs by getting concept guide lines from Fashion Director

➢ Coordinate with relevant team of pattern maker, sample operator and merchandizing team for sample making and end to end coordination for final production

➢ Lead and provide overall creative direction to the brand by conceptualizing a developing range for different seasons

➢ Collect feedbacks regular from sales and shop staff, customers for developing the design range.

➢ Maintaining the high quality standard for KYRA, from Sample to Final product

➢ Arranging photoshoot preps when needed & ready modal or the photoshoot according to the collection mood

candidate should possess
➢ Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in apparel industry which will be added advantage

➢ Degree or equivalent qualification from recognized institution

➢ Proficient in sketching & design tools such as CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator

➢ Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala

➢ Age below 30 years
