Responsibilities
*To drive the Learning and Development initiatives of the company
*Preparation of Learning and Training needs analysis and implementation strategies
*Prepare and coach the staff on brand standards and internal processes
*Prepare and implement talent management framework for the company
*Prepare the staff to grow and climb their career ladder with proper succession plans guided by appropriate training inputs .
*Spear-head company’s apprenticeship program
*Prepare and implement competency frame-work for the company
*Grooming of managers and leaders to take up challenging roles
Qualifications & Experience
*National Diploma in Human Resources Development from CIPM Sri Lanka or Degree in Human Resources Development from a reputed University
*Minimum 05 to 07 years of experience of which at least 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
*Possessing knowledge of hospitality industry operations and experience in a 5 Star Hotel / International Hotel Chain would be an added advantage.
*Strong Leadership skills , innovative thinking and bring about change in organizational skills
*Entrepreneurial out-of-the-box thinking and ability to drive change through staff training
*Ability to identify operational efficiencies / synergies when developing staff members across the network of properties of the company.
