Requirements
• Experience in providing the primary interface between the business and operations teams for all live incidents
• Comprehensive knowledge in monitoring, tracking and reviewing the progress of all incidents
• Experience in performing repetitive or predictable data load activities following an SOP
• Good knowledge in SQL
• Proficiency in finance domain and reporting applications
• Good communication skills are a must
• Skilled in MS office package
• Around the clock availability for 24×7 Operations
• Service Now/JlRAExposure will be an added advantage
• Experience in MicroStrategywill be a definite plus
