IT Assistant – Sales Force Automation

We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT assistant for sales force automation to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract, in the corporate MIS division of C.W. Mackie PLC.
Job profile
- Provide technical support for sales force automation related issues.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and usage.
- Manage integration and data processes across platforms.
- Generate analytics and reports to support business decisions.
- Provide system & user troubleshooting.
Candidate profile
- A diploma in IT or management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the application support.
- Experience in sales force automation system will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
