HR Associate
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with Line managers to determine staffing requirements
• Use internal/ external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedure and execution as per the guidelines provided by the Management
• Organize and take part in interview procedures as required and perform background verification
• Educating employees on company policies, practices &, etc
• Maintain the HR Dept.’s calendar to ensure the efficiency of overall HR Operation
• Maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed with accuracy
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the department
Prerequisites
• Part/ Full qualification in the field of HR/ Business Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
• Positive attitude towards learning and development & thrive for excellent results
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, handle pressure and work smart to deliver within the deadline
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
• Excellent Communications & Relationship Management skills (The ability to speak Tamil is an added advantage)
