Key Requirement

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the IT field.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology.
• Age between 20-30.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Location of work – Hanwella

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT systems, hardware, and end users.
• Manage Hardware Firewall / wired and wireless LAN network infrastructure.
• Configuration of email for end-user PC/ Laptops & mobile phones.
• Update & Maintain IT Inventory and service records.
• Schedule and monitor end-user backups to the NAS.
• Maintain CCTV and biometric attendance devices.
• The ability to manage minor-level laptop repairs in-house is an added advantage.
