Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo.
- IATA qualification or recognized airfare and ticketing certification.
- Strong understanding of world geography and international travel routes.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil.
- Professional, customer-focused, and friendly personality.
