Manager / Assistant Manager

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tourism operations and client requirements
• Handle inbound inquiries, quotations and bookings
• Develop and promote tour packages and itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other suppliers
• Maintain overseas client and agent relationships
• Lead and support the team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications & skills

• Relevant experience in travel & tourism
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan tourism products
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good computer literacy

Senior Executive / Executive

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
• Coordinate tour bookings, hotels and transportation
• Prepare customized itineraries and travel packages
• Communicate with clients, agents and suppliers
• Coordinate tour operations from booking to completion
• Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings

Qualifications & skills

• Relevant experience in travel & tourism
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of Sri Lankan destinations
• Computer literacy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Intern

• Assist the sales and operations team with daily activities
• Support preparation of quotations and itineraries
• Assist with hotel and transportation arrangements
• Communicate with suppliers and support booking coordination
• Maintain customer and booking records
