Senior Travel Consultant

With a strong commitment to delivering reliable and personalized travel solutions, CIB Travels & Tours is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, managing reservations and ticketing, providing expert guidance on international travel requirements, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities
- Ticketing, reservations and fare quotations
- Reissues, revalidations and itinerary planning
- Handle direct passengers and corporate clients
- Develop new corporate travel accounts
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Provide excellent after-sales service
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ relevant travel-industry experience
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo
- Strong knowledge of fares, reissues and refunds
- Corporate sales and business development skills
- Excellent English, Sinhala and Tamil communication
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Immediate availability is an advantage
