Trainer

Bingxue Sri Lanka is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainer. This role is ideal for a passionate people developer who can effectively train, coach, and prepare outlet staff to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the company’s operational standards and brand excellence across all locations.

Key responsibilities

1. Minimum one year of experience as a Trainer within the catering or food & beverage industry
2. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups
3. Positive, optimistic, and patient personality with a passion for people development
4. Strong ability to engage and manage trainees effectively
5. Good understanding of outlet operations and staff responsibilities
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications
7. Ability to work independently and manage training schedules effectively

Requirements

1. Conduct structured training sessions for new outlet staff prior to deployment
2. Deliver training programs aligned with company standards and operational procedures
3. Ensure staff are well-prepared in-service excellence, workplace practices, and operational readiness
4. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement
5. Assist in developing and updating training materials and manuals
6. Maintain training records and reports
