Qualifications

1. Following or completed NVQ level 4 in computer hardware and networking.
2. Strong technical skills in computer hardware and network infrastructure.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system, and Active Directory.
