Tour leader

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and experienced Tour Leader to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and coordinate Dambadiwa pilgrimage tour groups.
2. Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests throughout the tour.
3. Provide accurate information about destinations, attractions, and the culture.
4. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
5. Handle tour-related documentation and administrative duties.
6. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or tour guiding.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in Hindi (will be an advantage).
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
6. Previous similar experience preferred.
