Clinical Psychologist

FRC is a leading local non-profit organization engaged in providing holistic rehabilitation services, with priority given to increasing the psychosocial health, of the survivors and the immediate family members of Sri Lankans who have experienced trauma.

Requirements

• Provide technical support and clinical supervision, monitor, and manage counseling staff
• Provide training /devise training programs for counseling staff
• Maintain a strong working relationship & communication with partner organizations
• Assist and delegating in analyzing project reports is essential
• A fair knowledge of Gender-Based Violence and Sexual Reproductive Health is desirable
• Competency in all three languages is desirable
• Willing to travel to all outreach FRC centers

Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
Experience : Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar position
Remuneration: Negotiable.
