Technical Assistant
Job role description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a technician located in Colombo. The technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the proper functionality of equipment. Additional responsibilities include installing new equipment, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities. Outgoing and friendly personality, with good communication skills and attend to customer technical inquiries and service requests.
Qualifications
- Age above 28 – 45 years.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the technical field.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with maintenance and installation of equipment.
- Ability to conduct regular inspections, detailed record-keeping.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment.
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
