Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage and coordinate recruitment activities and targets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Guide and support the recruitment team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure recruitment processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Candidates with experience in manpower recruitment or a similar industry will be highly preferred.
