Assistant Manager – Inbound Tours 

Star Quest Tours is a premium tour company that offers the best of experiences to the most exclusive locations, located in the heart of Colombo, at the World Trade Center.

We are looking for suitably educated, Smart & experienced team players with a passion for Travel & tourism for the below positions.
Having an own travel agent base with a proven sales record will be a distinct advantage.

Challenges you’ll face:

• Working with General Manager and working closely with Marketing on crafting & implementation of business development, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve the overall objectives
• Acquire and expand the customer base to achieve the targeted revenue growth
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s engagement with existing & potential clients
• Build customer network & convert potential leads to active accounts.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Minimum of 05 years of experience in Business development in B2B Travel & tourism operations with good industry contacts
• Self-Driven & Target Oriented
• Professional educational qualifications in the relevant field
• Ability to travel and work beyond the regular working hours as job demands
• Strong relationship-building and excellent customer service skills
• Good Team Player with Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Age below 35 years
