Security Manager (Male)

Smart Shirts (Lanka) Limited is a subsidiary of Sunrise Group, an apparel manufacturing company in China. The company operates manufacturing units in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka and caters to a group of prestigious customers such as Polo

The ideal candidates should possess a Degree or Higher National Diploma level qualifications in Security Management from a recognized university/institute. The position will report to the Group Human Resource Manager and should be able to handle security-related functions in all factories in an effective and professional manner with minimum supervision.

Requirements

• 5 years of working experience in a reputed company preferably in the manufacturing environment.
• Candidates who have Military experience / Training will be most preferable
• Knowledge of new security system implementation & ability to handle disciplinary matters, and inquiries will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Willing to work extra hours
• Age below 50 years.
• Salary and other perks can be negotiated which will be above the industry norms.
