We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual who is eager to embrace challenges and work closely with senior management to strengthen governance, enhance internal controls, and drive enterprise risk management practices across a leading diversified business group.
Core responsibilities
- Assist in conducting risk and control assessments across group companies.
- Review business processes and identify control gaps and improvement opportunities across group companies.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of enterprise risk management initiatives.
- Maintain risk registers and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and board committees.
- Coordinate with internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Coordinate with business units to ensure timely implementation of agreed action plans.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in accounting, finance, business management or related discipline.
- Part qualification in CIMA/CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 2-4 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management or compliance.
- Candidates should be willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
