Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing training in cleaning techniques and cleaning machinery operation for cleaning assistants
• Cleaning quality and maintaining the discipline of assistants
• Identify and communicate service-related issues
• Record keeping and service promotion

Qualifications

• Advanced Level / NVQ Qualifications
• Under 50 years of age
• Ability to operate/operate cleaning machinery/equipment
• 10+ years of experience in the cleaning industry (domestic/foreign experience)
• The ability to handle English will be an additional qualification
