Senior Magento Developer

FULL TIME I ONSITE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Magento Developer to join our e-commerce development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Magento 2.x and will lead complex e-commerce implementations while mentoring junior developers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architect and develop complex Magento 2.x solutions, including custom modules, themes, and integrations.
• Lead technical implementation of e-commerce projects from conception to deployment.
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience with Magento 2.x development.
• Expert knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and Zend Framework. Strong experience with Apache/Nginx server configuration.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce security best practices.
• Magento certification(s) preferred.
  

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced PHP development skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Varnish).
• Experience with composer and modern PHP development practices.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
