What you will do

• Drive the design, coding, and debugging of semiconductor equipment software, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Document systematically throughout the development process for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, lab, and integration testing, to ensure software quality.
• Design and debug multithreaded applications for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for software design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Enhance existing software and processes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues, supporting internal and external customers.
• Apply modern software development methodologies to improve practices.
• Lead the software team, set goals, and align efforts with project objectives and company strategies.
• Ensure product maturity by monitoring revisions and addressing bugs.

What you should have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering, with 2-5 years of experience in software design.
• Proficient in C++ and C#.Net with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and back-end development concepts.
• Experienced in Git for version control and coding practices, ensuring high-quality code management.
• Preferred in RTOS and front-end development concepts, with the ability to integrate both back-end and front-end solutions effectively.
• Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills, analyzing and resolving complex challenges while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders in English.
• Demonstrate creative and innovative thinking, driving unique solutions and ensuring project success through collaboration and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possesses strong project management and leadership abilities, inspiring teams and ensuring timely execution of projects with a focus on precision and organizational expertise.
