Key responsibilities
- HR administration Manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records and ensure effective HR processes.
- Recruitment & selection Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
- Attendance, leave & payroll support Manage attendance, leave and provide payroll-related inputs.
- Performance management Coordinate KPIs, performance appraisals and employee development.
- Training & development Identify training needs and coordinate training programmes.
- Employee relations Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- HR compliance Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and company policies.
- HR system (HRIS) Take responsibility for the effective implementation and utilization of the company’s HR system.
- HR reporting Prepare HR reports, KPIs and management information, and support HR process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in human resource management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices.
- Experience with HRIS/HR system implementation or administration will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills and MS Office (especially Excel).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
