Key responsibilities

• Execute loan granting processes, including documentation and rental follow-ups.
• Safeguard and maintain loan/security documents, legal documents, registers and records with zero documentation defects.
• Verify loan system data against source documents and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with credit guidelines, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audit, risk management and cost-control activities.

Key requirements

• Minimum 03 years for senior executives, above 01 year for executives, while junior executives with relevant experience in a similar capacity will also be considered.
• GCE advanced level (A/L) or an equivalent qualification.
• Full or part professional qualification in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
