Management Service Officer / Grade III

Sri Lanka Citizens Co-operative is a duly registered Co-operative Society under Section 06 of the Co-operative Societies Act No. 05 of 1972. We are looking for a reliable, disciplined and responsible individual who is willing to learn, take ownership of assigned work and provide effective support to fixed deposit operations.

Job profile

• Handle the opening, renewal, maturity and withdrawal of fixed deposits in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all fixed deposit transactions are properly documented.
• Verify member information, signatures, identification documents and other required documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of interest payments, maturity proceeds and related transactions.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding fixed deposit products, interest rates, maturity dates and related matters.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and branches to ensure smooth and timely processing of fixed deposit transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support the achievement of service objectives of the department.
• Perform any other duties related to fixed deposit operations as assigned by the management.

Person profile

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level & Advanced Level qualified, with 3 A/L passes is mandatory.
• Certificate/diploma in computer applications, business management, banking & finance or any relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• One year of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and good communication skills.
• Candidates should be 20–25 years of age.
