What you will be doing
- Supporting underwriting (risk assessment) and claims processes
- Assisting in handling and processing customer claims
- Gaining exposure to insurance (non-sales) operations
- Learning how policies and claims are managed
What you need to have
- A minimum of a ‘c’ pass in English, mathematics, and first language (Sinhala or Tamil) at the G.C.E. O/L examination, obtained within two sittings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Western Province
