We are seeking a Business Development & Strategy Analyst to evaluate new opportunities, support strategic decision-making, and help design new ventures across St. Anthony’s Hardware and selected Group businesses.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Role and responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market research across hardware distribution, construction materials and emerging consumer product categories to identify new product, channel and investment opportunities.
- Build financial models, feasibility studies and valuations for strategic decisions.
- Develop business plans, market-entry strategies and growth initiatives.
- Support corporate development activities including target screening, due diligence, synergy analysis and post-acquisition integration planning.
- Analyze business performance and identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Support sustainability and lifecycle analysis for products and packaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in consulting, advisory, investment banking, corporate strategy or FMCG strategy.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.
- Valuation methods (DCF, comparables, scenario modelling)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid market research capability and commercial acumen.
