Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the management with business performance monitoring, data analysis, strategic initiatives, market intelligence, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, and monthly business performance updates for the MD.
• Monitor and analyse business KPIs, targets, variances, trends, and overall performance.
• Gather, consolidate, analyse, and interpret business data to support management decision-making.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and feasibility studies.
• Identify market trends, business opportunities, potential risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives across the group and monitor progress against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Liaise with department heads and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives and follow up on agreed actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support TCSR initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Prepare business proposals, executive summaries, presentations, project documentation, and management reports.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating company policies, procedures, guidelines, and business documentation.
• Ensure reports, proposals, and documentation comply with company requirements, formats, and relevant ISO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, management reporting, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
