Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or any related field
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Excellent planning, organizing, leadership, and communication skills
• Understanding IT process across different business industries
• Ability to conduct user training and product demonstrations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Experience in leading a team will be an added advantage
