HR Manager
Outcomes:
- Full cycle of HR: compensation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefit programs, and employment law
- Actively source candidates leveraging all effective channels including social media channels and other creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for the current and future opportunities
- Managing the full cycle recruiting process from posting the position, interviewing and selection, and on-boarding management candidates
- Create, implement, and evaluate HR department policies, procedures, and structures
- Personal recordkeeping and onboarding/offboarding
- Performs other job-related duties as required and assigned
Requirements:
- Work experience at least 2 years in a similar position
- University degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent English and Singhalese language skills
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Ability to solve problems, focus on results, and show attention to details
- People-oriented and results-driven
