Tech Lead – Mobile

Job Profile / Main Responsibilities :

• Accountable for all Mobile Applications of the Bank both iOS and Android
• Ensure the intended design and quality levels are met through regular code reviews
• Guide the team members on best practices and industry standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on timely deliverables
• Provide architectural support and guidance to the team in building and revamping applications
• Adapt to new technologies aligning with the roadmap
• Handle all deployments in the App store, Play Store, and Huawei Store for both internal and vendor mobile apps
• Work with Project Managers and provide status and statistics of mobile apps to Higher Management

Applicant’s Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent from a reputed university.
• Minimum six (06) years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Hands-on experience working with SWIFT, Android, Flutter, Kotlin, and APIs along with Xcode and Android Studio, etc.
• A solid background in Code Management, Versioning, GIT Branching Strategy
• Knowledge / Experience in JAVA and AS400/DB2 is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and corporate working etiquette
• Strong team player with a positive attitude to lead a team
• Good analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with regard to the quality/impact of the code
