Job role

• Prompt engagement with our customers (travelers) around the world over phone calls and emails
• Gather travel requirements from customers
• Offer quotes and travel itineraries using our systems
• Provide travel consultation to travelers over the phone

The candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree level of education or 1-year minimum work experience
• Agent in English (spoken & written)
• Confidence in communication over the phone
• Exemplary customer care personality
• Travel exposure within Sri Lanka and overseas will be considered
• Extra-curricular involvements Such as sports, social work clubs, Social work, industry-related activities, and leadership programs are specially considered
• Great attitude to learn, grow fast and adapt to our culture
