Customer Support Analyst

Essential Requirements

  • Willing to work on a 24×7 shift roster (8-hour shift)
  • Should be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Prior working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
  • An exceptional level of computer literacy is required
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Passionate in interacting with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner

The Person

  • Age should not be over 26
  • Degree or Diploma or equal qualification
  • Must have a proven track record
  • Should be able to communicate fluently in English /Sinhala Languages
  • Should be a team player with a positive attitude
