Deputy Manager -Transactional Banking

Job Profile

• To manage a portfolio of Transactional banking clients as the main contact point to achieve performance targets by deploying effective relationship management strategies driving liability and revenue generation.
• Expand the customer portfolio by adopting sales strategies and cross-selling of Bank’s products and services to be the main banker in all key customer accounts.
• Making regular customer visits under a structured calling plan to increase the share of wallet of existing as well marketing new clients.
• Provide excellent client service to ensure achievement of customer service standards.
• Achieve operational efficiency and compliance with all regulatory guidelines/ internal policies.
• Pro-actively manage risks and excess on portfolio and ensure highest standards.
• Work effectively with Internal business partners.

Special Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Understanding of trade financing, treasury products and excellent knowledge in operational aspects of the bank

Experience & Qualifications

• 5 year experience in the Financial / Banking sector with exposure to Marketing / Sales
• Minimum of part qualification in Banking Or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA Or completion of 2 years of a 3 year Degree Programme from a recognized University
