Executive – Gold Loans

Job Profile

• Develop and maintain a sound Gold Loan portfolio
• Carry out marketing activities to promote the Gold Loan product
• Build up the customer base for Gold Loans
• Understand customer preferences and negotiate Gold Loan facilities while building up strong customer relationships
• Conduct accurate valuations/Assaying of Jewelry submitted to obtain Gold Loans
• Conduct all the Gold Loan related operational and functional activities
• Achieve the set targets

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Gold Loan/Pawning operations
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Having necessary skills to distinguish gold and gold Jewelry from dud and fake Jewelry
• Familiarity in gold testing methods, including the densimeter test and touch stone test
• Ability to work under pressure
• An excellent team player
