Senior Software Development Engineer

Our client a service-oriented company is looking out for a Senior Software Development Engineer to manage their software development center in Colombo.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• At least having 5 – 10 years of experience with 03 years in a managerial capacity

Skills Needed

• Experience in using Development processes such as CMMI, RUP,  Agile Scrum, etc
• Experience in MS SQL, Server/Oracle  Programming  in C++/C#/HTML, Web Development , XML, , web services
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive software development cycle.
• You will need to identify knowledge gaps of staff, formulate training plans, and implement training on a continuous basis
• Experience in requirement gathering, enterprise solution design, software quality assurance, project management , and database design.
