Work attributes

• Recruitment (within TAT) and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Manage employees’ life cycle till off-boarding including the post-employment services
• Managing Leadership Touchpoints
• Compensation & payroll management
• Maintain and update required databases, trackers, personal files, etc
• Ensure Provide employees day-to-day support e.g. ID card, business card, Visa, Air ticket booking, hotel reservation, etc
• Performance management
• Learning & Development
• 9 Monthly Report update (Company Organogram, Manning report, Employee status report, Monthly HR & Admin report, and Resigned employee report

Qualification

• Qualified in Bachelor’s degree/ PQHRM
• Experience in  4 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication skills in English
• People and goal-oriented
• Should be able to work under pressure
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent stakeholder management
