Manager – (IT) Information Technology

We are looking for a well experienced IT professional with an exceptional capability in spearheading the Information Technology Division in a fast paced and a challenging business set-up. As the Manager – IT the incumbent will ensure seamless IT support and provide tech expertise to all stakeholders.
Job Profile:

• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Oversees all daily IT system administration related tasks such as network monitoring, security, user support, project management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software solutions.
• Works alone or collaboratively on assigned projects and provide required IT expertise for successful execution of projects.
  
  • Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management from a recognized university coupled with a MBA.
• Hands on experience in ERP systems (SAP) and knowledge in software development.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a leading establishment.
• Exceptional skills in maneuvering the IT functions in a fast paced and a highly demanding work setting.
• High level of determination and result orientation with high degree of integrity.
• Age preferably 45 years or below.
