Senior Executive – HR (HR Business Partner)
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall employee life cycle of the Staff members once the onboarding is complete
- Work hand in hand with the business and add value to the overall operation
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to have a smooth operation
- Handle matters related to employee relations and Industrial relations
- HR policy and process documentation and implementation in compliance with labor laws
- Staff welfare / Wellbeing / WorkâLife Balance / Engagement events
Eligibility Requirements
- Age: below 35 years
- 5+ years of hands-on HR experience
- Experience as an HR Business partner handling Employee relations. Industry relations and People Management
- Willingness to work long hours in challenging environments to transform work culture
- Reading / fully qualified in any HR, Law, or Management related qualification
- Extensive knowledge of labor law will definitely be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and provide leadership to junior team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High computer literacy: E-mails, Analysed Reports, and Business Presentations
