Officer for the following locations:
Maharagama / Kuliyapitiya / Kegalle / Kohuwala / Matara / Tangalle / Embilipitya / Negombo

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the gold articles.
• Disburse right value against the assessed gold articles.
• Adherence to laid down policies and procedures/ rules and regulation of gold loam
• Ensure achieving the branch lending business target.
• Handling of gold loan-related documents.
• Initiate and execute all business development activities of gold loans.

Key Requirements

• Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination and /or higher education
• Experience in Pawning/ Gold Loan operation in a commercial bank or licensed finance company.
• Computer Literacy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform in a challenging working environment.
