Responsibilities

• Monitor the recruitment process to ensure that the company attracts high-quality staff
• Depth knowledge in recruitment and selection
• Enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing
  and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Coordinate with the team to maintain quality standards
• Attendance tracking & preparing necessary attendance records

Qualifications

• Possess a reputed HR education
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity in the Apparel Industry
• Depth knowledge of local labor rules & regulations
• Ability to interact with all levels of the company
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Age between 30-50yrs
