Job Requirement

• Minimum of 01-02 years experience in Human Resource Management
• Ability to coordinate, plan and execute all HR & Administration matters
• Ability to work with MS office packages
• Should have excellent employee management relationship
• Experience in Recruitment, Selection & EPF E TF handling
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhala & English are essential

Qualification

• Diploma in a recognized university or Professional qualification in HRM/IPM

Salary-30,000/- 40,000/- (Negotiable)
