Requirements

• Minimum of 04 years experience in the field of Human Resources Management
• Ability to work with HRIS & familiarity with MS office packages
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (both written & oral) in Sinhala & English are essential
• Chartered Intermediate Qualification in Human Resources Management or the equivalent from a recognized Institute/University
