Senior HR Business Partner
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver the Human Resources (HR) Business Plan with the HR team.
- Drive the Onboarding process for the company.
- Handle the entire HRIS by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be involved in the Performance Management System of the Company.
- Take on Employer Branding.
- Organize and execute all corporate activities and events.
- Maintain day-to-day employee relations and employee communications.
- Maintain and develop an exceptional corporate culture.
- Be responsible for management reporting and database updates.
Qualification & Requiements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a Professional Qualification in HRM from CIPM.
- A minimum of 03 years experience in Talent Acquisition and Operational HR.
- Knowledge of HR Practices and Labour Laws.
- Excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages.
- A go-getter who can work independently.
- An energetic and proactive Team Player attitude.
- Ability to work on strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage.
