Senior HR Business Partner

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver the Human Resources (HR) Business Plan with the HR team.
  • Drive the Onboarding process for the company.
  • Handle the entire HRIS by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be involved in the Performance Management System of the Company.
  • Take on Employer Branding.
  • Organize and execute all corporate activities and events.
  • Maintain day-to-day employee relations and employee communications.
  • Maintain and develop an exceptional corporate culture.
  • Be responsible for management reporting and database updates.

Qualification & Requiements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a Professional Qualification in HRM from CIPM.
  • A minimum of 03 years experience in Talent Acquisition and Operational HR.
  • Knowledge of HR Practices and Labour Laws.
  • Excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages.
  • A go-getter who can work independently.
  • An energetic and proactive Team Player attitude.
  • Ability to work on strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage.
