Senior HR Business Partner
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver the Human Resources (HR) Business Plan with the HR team
- Drive the Onboarding process for the company
- Handle the entire HRIS by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Be involved in the Performance Management System of the Company
- Take on Employer Branding
- Organize and execute all corporate activities and events
- Maintain day-to-day employee relations and employee communications
- Maintain and develop an exceptional corporate culture
- Be responsible for management reporting and database updates
Qualification & Requiements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a Professional Qualification in HRM from CIPM
- A minimum of 03 years experience in Talent Acquisition and Operational HR
- Knowledge of HR Practices and Labour Laws
- Excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages
- A go-getter who can work independently
- An energetic and proactive Team Player attitude
- Ability to work on strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Canva will be an added advantage
