Junior Executive – Talent Acquisition

What we are looking for

• Degree or professional qualification in HR or related field
• 6-12 months of internship experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
• Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage
• Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key responsibilities

• Handle end to end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates effectively
• Manage bulk/mass recruitment requirements within defined timelines
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Support employee engagement and HR operational activities
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and HR documentation
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and talent attraction strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
