Requirements:

• Pleasant Personality with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Knowledge in telephone etiquette
• Should be able to work in a computerized environment
• Should be a self- driven, target oriented, individual with a can-do attitude
• Age between 18 – 30

Responsibilities:

• Payment reminder calls
• Coordinate with students and parents to collect payments in a timely manner
• Update and maintain the database effectively
