IT Support Executive

What You’ll Do
- Provide on-site & remote IT support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, servers, network devices, and security systems.
- Implement and manage IT security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, network setups, and compliance reports.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure IT infrastructure is optimized for efficiency.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including PCs, laptops, printers, and network equipment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of security cameras and provide required footage when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS troubleshooting.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi, Vcenter, PaloAlto, AWS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT security, network administration, and troubleshooting network devices.
- Ability to document and maintain IT processes for audits and compliance.
- Certifications like CCNA or MTCNA are an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to IT management.
